Serve as a lead for compiling reports and collecting data in response to routine reports and data calls
Collect data (i.e. financial assistance data) for various reports, data requests from leadership, and other tasks (e.g. pulling data from GrantSolutions, FBMS, EMIS, USASpending, etc); and compiling the data into useable reports and charts for use in presentations and documents
Compile technology requisitions from teams to compile into an IT Roadmap used to coordinate with other offices for potential IT solutions
Obtain inputs from Bureaus on requested template updates and coordinate approval of requested changes and update templates
Prepare special or one-time reports, summaries, or replies to inquiries, selecting relevant information from a variety of sources (i.e. reports, documents, databases, correspondence, etc.)
Perform data entry into various systems in support of various programmatic and administrative processes (i.e., GrantSolutions)
Perform analyses and reconciliation of various reports and data sets and produce reports on the outcome of the analysis; and SharePoint site development and maintenance.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field from an accredited College or University
Minimum 5 years of related experience
