Job Purpose: As a Fleet Analyst, you will be responsible for the analysis, optimization, and management of the organization's information systems, focusing on enhancing efficiency, security, and overall performance. You will support TSA’s Vehicle Fleet, Commuter Benefits, and Property Policy, Compliance, and Disposal Programs by providing detailed reports, offering customer service support, and ensuring smooth program management. Your role will involve reviewing and analyzing various aspects of these programs, preparing reports, and managing general operations.
Responsibilities:
Understand and generate reports on the DHS SAVE Act.
Understand and report on Home-To-Work Transportation.
Track and report on Motor Vehicle Activity Expectations.
Analyze and report on Motor Vehicle Utilization.
Manage Fleet Card Usage and Reconciliation reporting.
Monitor and report on the Motor Vehicle Program.
Support the Property Policy Program with reporting and compliance.
Assist in managing the Commuter Benefits Program.
Complete final actions for disposed assets and initial events for new assets.
Update asset information in relevant systems.
Download and analyze data concerning annual inventory progress weekly.
Download and analyze final events data weekly.
Update the PMD Master Asset List on a monthly basis.
Prepare documentation for the biennial Home-to-Work re-authorization process.
Track and coordinate the installation of EV Charging Stations (EVSE) nationwide.
Update program Management Directives as needed.
Recommend and prepare updates to fleet program iShare sites, ensuring information is current and relevant.
Propose updates to Management Directives when necessary.
Other duties as assigned
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience in fleet analysis, preferably in information systems or IT-related roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on data and metrics.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Solid knowledge of information systems, including cybersecurity, database management, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Must posses or be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.
TSA clearance is a plus.
