Program Analyst- Information Systems

As a Program Analyst specializing in Information Systems, you will play a key role in the analysis, optimization, and oversight of our organization's information systems. Responsibilities:
- Analyze information system data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop reports and presentations summarizing system performance, cost analysis, and recommendations for enhancing system efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to develop strategies and plans for optimizing information system operations.
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of information system programs, such as system upgrades, cybersecurity initiatives, and process improvements.
- Research and analyze industry best practices and technology solutions to enhance information system efficiency, security, and compliance.
- Communicate findings, proposals, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in program analysis, preferably in information systems or IT-related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on information system data and metrics.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of information system principles, including cybersecurity, database management, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
