Senior Software Engineer

The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing our client’s SharePoint systems, including MainStreet and the Landing Page. This role involves full lifecycle development, troubleshooting, and working closely with the COR and ACOR to ensure the SharePoint environment meets the evolving needs of our client.

The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing our client’s SharePoint systems, including MainStreet and the Landing Page. This role involves full lifecycle development, troubleshooting, and working closely with the COR and ACOR to ensure the SharePoint environment meets the evolving needs of our client.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, deploy, and maintain SharePoint applications, including sites, libraries, lists, and more for internal operations.
- Perform ongoing development work on servers to support new requirements for MainStreet and the Landing Page.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint issues for users and administrators, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
- Research and develop new SharePoint features such as permission groups, internal support ticketing systems, and data migration tools.
- Conduct regular testing to ensure the functionality and performance of all SharePoint components.
- Support training efforts by identifying gaps and conducting sessions for staff on SharePoint usage.
- Must have a High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
- Proven experience in managing SharePoint-based projects.
- Certifications in CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+ CE, Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
