Job Purpose: The Program Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with our portfolio of Clients, ensuring the successful delivery of our solutions in line with customer needs and contract requirements. The role involves acting as the liaison between customers and cross-functional internal teams. The PM will also play a vital role in Strativia’s Quality Program. By assisting the Quality Manager, we can ensure corporate is compliant with all quality assurance requirements to maintain and achieve ISO and CMMI certifications.
PM Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, fostering long-term relationships.
Communicate with customers via email, phone, online presentations, screen-share, and in-person meetings.
Serve as subject matter expert of their contracts and for capturing data for quarterly program management reviews. Also responsible for identifying opportunities for organic contract growth (e.g., additional scope and/or level of effort/FTEs) and providing information on the period of performance and contract updates.
Build trusted advisor relationships with key project stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions in accordance with customer needs and contract specifications.
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.
Provide weekly status updates on all projects to executive management.
Prepare and submit contract documentation (management plans) for all projects as required by the corporate QA department.
Maintain client satisfaction through exceptional day-to-day service.
Monitor and analyze customer usage and satisfaction with our services.
Collaborate with the Sales team to onboard new clients and enhance existing client relationships.
Act as the intermediary between the customer and internal teams.
Create SOPs as required by project or to comply with corporate needs
Ensure all contract deliverables, such as weekly and/or monthly reports, are accurate and submitted on time.
Employee Oversight and Support:
Thorough review and approval of employee timesheets, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
Assist employees in understanding and adhering to company policies and procedures, providing guidance and support as needed to maintain compliance and performance standards.
QA Responsibilities
Create and maintain project management plans
Maintain and develop quality assurance plans
Take proactive approach to ensuring project documents are reviewed and updated
Assist the Quality Manager with the quality program as it pertains to your projects
Participate in Quality reviews
An understanding of quality management principles, methodologies (e.g., ISO standards, CMMI Requirements), and best practices.
Education and Qualifications:
Proven experience in Project Management or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all organizational levels, including executive and C-level.
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions tailored to customer needs.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a strong attention to detail.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Superior verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
A natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity.
Strong ability to prioritize among competing tasks.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent time and project management skills, with a focus on improving inefficient processes.

PMP certification is a plus.
