Reprographics Operator

The Reprographics Operator will support all incoming print and scan requests and manage small graphic projects. This role is responsible for ensuring the seamless integration of design elements into the print production process, with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.

The Reprographics Operator will support all incoming print and scan requests and manage small graphic projects. This role is responsible for ensuring the seamless integration of design elements into the print production process, with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming print and scan requests efficiently.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all print/scan jobs.
- Format and align Word and Adobe documents.
- Convert documents between PNG, TIFF, and PDF formats.
- Create, edit, resize, crop, and adjust elements within files.
- Support small graphic projects as needed.
- Edit photos and export files using appropriate formats.
- Ensure the smooth integration of design elements into the print production process.
- Create and edit files in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Photoshop, InDesign, Word, and Excel.
- Maintain proficiency in written communication to ensure clear and concise documentation and correspondence.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in graphic design, print technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a reprographics or print production role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Photoshop, InDesign, Word, and Excel.
- Strong computer literacy skills.
