Responsibilities: General or functionally specific expertise in the area of federal budgets.
Assisting in creating and maintaining program budget planning and execution documents and reports.
Collect, collate, enter and reconcile data on planned and executed procurement actions.
Manage multiple budget, contract and procurement databases.
Review, monitor or inspect the work of other contract personnel.
Assist in tracking procurement documentation and develop periodic status reports for senior management.
Identify potential program risks.
Budget activities to include: budget tables and charts, questions and answers (Q&As), budget input documentation, including back-ups and provide all necessary support to respond to any quick response action items.
Ensures all contract project deliverables are met.
Education and Experience:
A minimum of seven years (7) years of experience that is relevant and directly related to federal budgets and procurements is required.
Knowledge of government support service contracts and programs.
A BS or BA degree (or an additional four (4) years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree)
Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of technical staff and managers.
MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, skills required.
