Contracts Manager

Responsibilities
  • Review, draft, revise and negotiate contracts, including monitoring contracts performance and compliance
  • Recommend improvements and innovations to oversight of contract process and ensuring contract accuracy
  • Apply formal, best practice methodologies to develop and implement contract strategies 
  • Work with internal and external customers, carefully obtain the requirements needed for each contract and prepares statistical analysis for Contract Review
  • Communicates and manages workflow of all contract stages
  • Receives and prepares responses for contractual bids from the organization
  • Review, draft and revise form agreements as well as non-standard agreements 
  • Prepare metrics on Contract Operations for reporting to management
  • Ensures compliance of all existing contracts, this involves extensive research, statistical reporting and analysis
  • Responsible for proper SOP documentation related to duties and responsibilities within the operations and support teams
  • Lead special contract-related projects as necessary Other duties as assigned 
  • Provide input and instruction to all functions within Integra that support ongoing contract administration process
  • Represent the company in a manner consistent with policy and procedure at all conventions and key customer gatherings. 
  • Writing, evaluating, negotiating and executing various contracts covering a range of transactions
  • Creating and maintaining relationships with suppliers and customers
  • Maintaining correspondence and documentation related to contracts
  • Communicating and presenting information to stakeholders regarding contracts
  • Monitoring contracts and moving forward with close-out, extension or renewal of contracts
  • Problem-solving contract-related issues
 Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field from an accredited College or University
  • Federal contracting experience
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience within government contracting
