The Principal Travel Administrator for the Concur Government Edition (CGE) Travel Management System, and the Foreign Travel Management System. Provides specific expertise in the functional area of federal travel, both domestic and international for FE. This is a managerial position in FE that may require the reviewing, monitoring, or inspecting the work of other contract personnel, or the supervision of contract personnel. The Travel Administrator will work on very complex or sensitive travel related issues that require coordination with the State Department and U.S. Embassies for international travel, including preparation and monitoring of country clearance cables. Travel administrator works fairly independently, receiving minimal detailed supervisor and guidance, manages work flow, requires ability to manage multiple travel orders at one time.
- A minimum of ten (10) years of experience that is relevant and directly related to federal travel is required. Knowledge of Federal and DOE travel regulations is desirable.
- A BS or BA degree (or an additional six (6) years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree)
