Logistics Management Specialist
Job Purpose:
The Logistics Management Specialist provides comprehensive logistics and supply chain support for a future federal client by developing, implementing, and improving supply chain strategies that enhance mission readiness and operational effectiveness. This position collaborates with stakeholders to analyze logistics data, improve supply chain performance, and support strategic planning initiatives.

The Logistics Management Specialist provides comprehensive logistics and supply chain support for a future federal client by developing, implementing, and improving supply chain strategies that enhance mission readiness and operational effectiveness. This position collaborates with stakeholders to analyze logistics data, improve supply chain performance, and support strategic planning initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Support logistics planning and supply chain management initiatives.
- Develop, maintain, and update supply chain strategies and implementation plans.
- Analyze logistics data and recommend process improvements.
- Conduct spend analysis and performance assessments.
- Support life-cycle logistics planning and execution.
- Apply strategic sourcing methodologies to improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support logistics objectives.
- Maintain compliance with applicable policies, regulations, and contract requirements.
- Assist with special logistics projects and operational initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of Air Force supply chain management experience.
- Experience supporting life-cycle logistics and supply chain planning.
- Knowledge of strategic sourcing principles and logistics performance analysis.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prepare technical reports and executive briefings.
- Active Secret Security Clearance (no interim).
