IT Training Specialist

This position will be responsible for providing IT training for individuals supporting the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) in Mechanicsburg PA. NAVSUP provides material management, contracting, fuels, transportation, personal property support, mail services, and technical / customer support to the fleet.

This position will be responsible for providing IT training for individuals supporting the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) in Mechanicsburg PA. NAVSUP provides material management, contracting, fuels, transportation, personal property support, mail services, and technical / customer support to the fleet.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in development of software codes related to the collection and analysis of LTE
- Develop and revising training materials, such as training catalogs, course outline, training aids, course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms
- Provide online or in-person classroom courses, workshops, and seminars.
- Prepare all instructor materials (course outline, background material, and training aids)
- Prepare all student materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms)
- Train personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars.
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in an IT discipline and 5+ years’ experience providing IT Training
- Previous DoD experience required
- Must be able to clear background check
