Human Resources Intern

Job Purpose:
Human Resources Intern organizes, coordinates and helps execute HR related activities across Strativia to ensure business development pursuits are progressing. This is a 6-month, part time, paid internship.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update HRIS system daily
  • Assist HR Manager with benefits administration
  • Assist employees with payroll / benefits questions
  • Update and distribute Office Memorandums
  • Send payroll reminders to employees
  • Assist with new hire onboarding
  • Assist recruiter with creating / updating job descriptions
  • Perform file audits 
Requirements:
  • Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university
    • HBCU students encouraged to apply
