Maritime Program Manager

Location: Mountain View, California
Strativia is seeking a qualified Maritime Program Manager to provide comprehensive program management of the 131st Rescue Squadron (131 RQS) Maritime Program.

These services include program management for the inspection, inventory, maintenance, and repair of all squadron-assigned dive and maritime equipment.
The Contractor shall:
  • Provide advisory and technical instruction to squadron-assigned personnel in the use and operation of equipment.
  • Providing real-world recovery and repair support for domestic operations.
  • Provide transportation management; assistance with coordination and planning in the use of warehouse storage; and the distribution of products and materials.
  • Ensures inventory is accurate and correctly identifies equipment quantities and is submitted within 3 duty days of established schedule.
  • Reports missing/unaccounted for equipment within 2 duty days of established schedule.
  • Updates Syllabus of Instruction (SOI) and Program of Instruction (POI) within 3 days of established schedule.
  • Reports equipment failure and error trends on a quarterly basis.
  • Reports Material Safety Data Sheet/ Safety Data Sheets documentation of hazardous materials.
  • Provide quarterly suggestions of changes to COR.
  • Submit reports to US Navy's Dive Jump Reporting System (DJRS).
  • Submit Operations Security Plan within 90 days of contract start date.
  • Submit Quality Control Plan
