Strativia is seeking a qualified System Administrator to assist with an existing project implementing an IT Modernization Project that encompasses a new debt collection system (FICO Debt Manager) that integrates with multiple peripheral systems including IVR, IPD, debt referral, debt adjustment, payment processing and document management systems.
Duties / Responsibilities
Monitor, measure, and record the following:
Education: A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline or three (3) years of equivalent experience in a related field.
General Experience: Computer experience working independently or under general direction on complex application problems involving all phases of systems analysis.
Specialized Experience: Experience with FICO Debt Manager configuration
Experience integrating FICO Debt Manager with multiple peripheral systems including IVR, IPD, debt referral, debt adjustment, payment processing and document management systems.
Location: Remote with 30% Travel
Duration: Full-Time Position
