Strativia has an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our team in Warwick, RI supporting the U.S. Coast Gaurd. The ideal candidate will have the following experience and skillsets:
a. Educational Experience - Associate’s degree in business, management or requisite training in office technology, accounting, business mathematics, computer applications, business law, or contract administration training.
b. Due to on-going CG-wide effort to validate real property assets and update CG inventory databases, it is preferred that applicants currently have access to the CG network and knowledge/experience using Real Property and shore infrastructure inventory databases.
c. Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office suite tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, Project).
d. Knowledge and experience using Electronic Data Management Systems (i.e. Synergis Adept).
e. Must have the ability and working knowledge to produce letters, project specifications, visual presentations, spreadsheets and e-mails communications with different government agencies.
f. Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.
g. Ability to successfully pass a DHS background check. Current DHS employees are strongly encouraged to apply.
